Casper is new to the shelter and came from a home with dozens and dozens of dogs who were not very nice to him. He has a lot of battle wounds. He's a timid fella, slow to trust, but he is very sweet. He is okay with other dogs as long as they are okay with him. He weighs 60 pounds and we are guessing him to be 2-4 years old.He is neutered, up to date on shots, treated for fleas/ticks and is microchipped.He sadly tested positive for Lyme disease, e.canis and heartworms. We are currently treating the Lyme and e.canis and then his heartworm treatment will follow.Adoption fee is $100.If interested, apply at www.humanesocietyofmartincounty.org. Our shelter does adoptions by appointment only. An adoption application is required first.
