Are you looking for a buddy that wants to go on adventures along with you and your other dog? Then Groot is your man. He can be very shy when he first meets you, but once you’re friends, he is all about attention and pets. He tends to think personal space is optional, as you have hands, and those hands should be petting him. Groot really would do best in a home with another dog. He loves to play and looks to them for guidance. He plays with toys, sticks, and anything he thinks is a toy in disguise. He LOVES water. His foster home set up a kiddie pool and he had a blast. Groot has gone to breweries with his fosters and another dog buddy and was happy to be included in the outing. He hung out at his fosters' feet and was content. His leash manners are decent, and he knows a few commands (sit, come, out, crate).This guy is housebroken, dog friendly, and mostly kitty friendly (he’s a little slow to pick up that not all cats want to play). He’s great in the car, and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He sleeps in a pen vs. crate, and if given the chance, he’d love to be the little spoon in bed or simply sleep in your room.__________________________________________________ This dog's adoption fee is $575.
