I love going on walks and do great even when passing other people anddogs as long as my person knows what they are doing and hasexperience walking dogs. I would be better with someone who hasexperience with pit type dogs. With the proper introduction, I can getalong and be friends with female and neutered male dogs undersupervision. I like women more than I do men. I may act suspicious ofsome men.I like to run around and sniff everything in the yard. I like to do thezoomies if you get excited with me. I know how to play tuggie but I haveto be in the mood. I also like to chase sticks and chew on them.I like to get petted but I’m not the cuddly type.I’m potty trained, crate trained and have great leash skillsI like hard chewing treat toys and Kongs stuffed with treats and peanutbutter.When I was younger I got to do agility classes and I really loved it. I’mgood at jumping and climbing over the agility obstacles. Our most important job is to make sure that our animals are placed in the best possible homes. We have dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. We do everything possible to fit the right pet with the right household.Our adoption fees are very reasonable, ranging from $250 to $400, depending on the dog and circumstances, cats and kittens adoption fees are $130. All of our animals will be vaccinated, spayed/neutered, rabies, and have a lifetime microchip. We will work with our adopters to find the best animal for them. Finding the best home, not the perfect home, is what we strive towards.Shelter locationOur beautiful animals are available for adoption at our foster homes or in the PetSmart Store in Lodi.
