Hi my name is Onyx and I'm here to say I'm looking for a very special family. I love everyone here at the shelter and I'm forever grateful for all they've taught me about love and what it's liked to be cared for and valued. What it's like to play with other dogs, eat everyday and I love living inside. I'm learning how "to dog" in play group and how great it is to walk with and spend time with volunteers and I love it. I'm comfortable with myself and I feel like I'm more than ready for a family. My friends at the shelter say they KNOW I'm ready. I lived outside on a chain for almost my whole 3 year life. You might be a little nervous taking a chance on me because of my breed and my size (69 lbs) but every volunteer at the shelter already know I'm a big squishy, mushy love and totally ready to live that couch life. Please come in and meet me because I'm so ready to live a normal life with a real family in a real home.
