Charlie's foster mom says this about this cute boy: This is Charlie. He is just six months old. He is neutered and up to date on all his shots.He is a puppy and therefore a little wild, but settles down so well, especially when he is receiving pets and attention. I am working on his obedience and socialization. From what I heard from the "Special" people who abandoned him, he is good with kids, but is a puppy. He needs a little attention and training. He is smart oh so smart.
