Say hello to Juju! Juju was surrendered to us when her owner could no longer take care of her. Juju has had a confusing start to her life and has some special behavioral needs for her furever home. Juju is young and will need typical dog training- potty training, leash training, and obedience training. She is an anxious dog and we highly recommend working with a veterinary behaviorist for her needs. She has handling sensitivities around her rear end and paws. She is very uncomfortable at the vet and has a history of submissively urinating when anxious. Since Juju is so anxious and shy, she will need help with confidence building! We highly recommend crate training as this will also help with her confidence and combatting her anxiety. She should always be rewarded for good behavior and should not be tasked with too much at first. Due to Juju's shyness and mouthiness, she will do best in a home without any young kids. She does not know how to take treats gently and will need help learning how to accept a treat! Juju is considered a special care animal due to her special behavioral needs and needing a special home that is willing to help her out!
