Joshua is joyful, affectionate, not hyper, great with other dogs, and ready to have a best friend. He really likes toys, he is a genuine loverboy, cuddler, and looks up at you with adoring eyes. Joshua loves to play outside with a toy (or anywhere!) and loves to just be with you. He is an easy boy to have around because of his sweet, innocent personality with a well balanced energy level. He’s a small, petite guy weighing in at around 43 lbs! Joshua is very well socialized and confident. He would do well in a home with kids and other dogs to continue his socialization. To our knowledge he is crate and house trained but will need time to adjust to his new home upon arrival. He has not spent much time on a leash and will need continued training on basic commands and leash skills but he is guaranteed to give lots of love and companionship in return! He had some interest in the rescue cats during her assessment so we are unsure how he would do living in a home with cats. You can observe that interaction in his adoption video.
