Phineas was found at a friends apartment in a bit of a not so good situation. He was in a home with one male who was abusive to him. He was surrendered to us where he has stayed for the past few months. He is the sweetest boy and he is a very quick learner. He loves to play and snuggle! He is a little hyper so I am unsure of how he would be around small children but older children he would be great! He loves taking walks and playing with toys. He is a little hesitant of new people I believe due to his previous home. But after the initial bark of security he gets super excited to have a new play friend. He is probably a little over a year old. He is house trained and crate trained. He is great with other dogs, but I do think he would be best as the only dog. He is so sweet and he wants all of your attention! He is in need of his forever home! The rehoming fee is negotiable. I just want him to go to a good loving home!
