Tucker has a big heart and is a protector at his core. Tucker loves to play...but plays rough! Therefore, we recommend a home without kids or cats. He can be hot and cold with other dogs, so it's probably best he be the solo dog also. Tucker absolutely adores women and would love the opportunity to be her knight in shining armor. If you're looking to give this guy a second chance, he's waiting for you and the chance to love again!As great as Tucker is he comes with some work needing to be done. Tucker has collar reactiveness and can guard his kennel. Mainly you are not allowed to walk in the kennel at all when he is in there. An experienced dog owner that has dealt with difficult dogs would be best for him. Tucker was adopted as a puppy and lived with a family for over a year prior to coming back to the shelter. He will need status reduction in the home - no couches, bed...more structure to help him blossom.
