Sophie” was dumped on one of our rescue friends, and we are doing our best to try to help them out 🖤 “An owner dumped 3 dogs on them after they agreed to pay for vetting/boarding. Sweet Sophie is loved by everyone that gets to know her. She's a super snuggler and wants to please you and be with you. And in your lap. But she is really struggling with being in boarding. After being there for months, she is becoming stressed and we REALLY REALLY need to find her a foster home to get her out of the kennels. It has nothing to do with where she is, it's just the nature of the beast. Some dogs just do not do well in kennels long term. Sophie need a foster experience with her breed. She can be fearful of some men but once she gets to know them she is a total love bug. EVERYONE loves her. From what we have seen, she gets along with other dogs, at least her siblings, and one of our friends tested her with their dogs and she seemed to do fine. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
