Sex: MaleBreed: German Shepherd xEstimated Birth Date: 04/05/2023When 18 puppies were left in cardboard boxes outside our city shelter after hours we knew we had to jump into action. Who abandons 18 babies?!?! We couldn’t even wrap our heads around it but thankfully several other rescues felt the same way and stepped up too. All the puppies made it into rescue. Tucker and 8 others joined the crew at our rescue ranch. The whole litter struggled for about a month. We lost one of the little girls and 2 others had to be hospitalized but they have since pulled through. After the initial struggles these babies have thrived and are now ready for adoption. Tucker is very playful and outgoing. A social butterfly he is super friendly with people and loves playing with his siblings and other pups in the play yards. He’s growing like a weed probably because he’s a little chow hound lol. Ranch staff have started him on basic training skills with a focus on leash manners and some self control with food. Did we mention he’s really food motivated. He’s a total water dog and absolutely LOVES anything to do with water! On these hot summer days you can find him splashing around in the kiddie pools and the 1st one to join in when the water hose is involved. Tucker is a great puppy and getting a solid positive foundation at our ranch. He’s ready to find his perfect family and he hopes it just might be you. Apply today!
