This canine brainiac boasts good potty habits and a social calendar waiting to be filled with playdates (both human and canine). At times, Dizzy can be so ecstatic to spread his social butterfly wings that he forgets his manners, so his new family may need to help him realize that not everyone enjoys his boisterous playstyle. Dizzy recently made it into our adoption center and staff are still getting to know him.
