Little Miss is the silliest, most affectionate and loving dog you will ever meet. She is a special needs pup with incredible resiliency and strength. The world's greatest mystery is how Little Miss can fit such a big big heart in a little bitty body :) Little Miss will have ongoing medical needs and requires a proactive adopter. She was found a stray with both hind legs broken. She underwent rehab and has fully healed. As her hind legs healed, her bones fused in places that limits her bending/movement. Little Miss can explore trails and walk long distances, even running and getting the zoomies. She needs to be lifted down from steps and from high furniture, and sometimes needs a little boost to climb over a log on the trail. She loves paddle boarding and swimming. She is in the maintenance phase of rehab but may need additional rehab in the future. Little Miss also has increased risk of developing early onset arthritis and increased risk of osteosarcoma due to the severity of the breaks. More details to come.
