OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Roscoe is a friendly, energetic fellow that likes playing with soft toys (especially tug-of-war!). He needs some work with leash manners, but does know the sit command and appears house trained. He can be a bit mouthy at times when playing, so a home with older, dog-savvy children is recommended. Roscoe is happy to entertain himself with his toys or play with you. Although he may chase a cat if he had the chance, Roscoe appears to be friendly toward the other dogs here at the shelter. Weighs 50 pounds; $25 to adopt.
