He lived with another dog and was described as a typical happy, playful puppy:“Togo does great with people. He tries hard to listen and is still learning. He is very sweet and I really love him and wish I could keep him.”Here’s what one volunteer said about him:“Togo is a handsome and playful pup. I took him out for a walk with his kennel mate Finley this week and he was polite, letting me leash him easily. He knows basic commands like sit and watch me.
