I New Kent, VA - Hi I'm Tanner! I came all the way from Louisiana, to find my furever home. I'm a 6 month old Australian Shepard/Catahoula Leopard dog mix, which is pretty cool. Everybody says I'm sooo cute. I love all the attention and treats. I've met some kids and other dogs in the neighborhood and after a little snuffing, pats on the head and treats I love them too. I have 3 other dogs and a cat I live with. My friend Tucker and I like to play rough a lot. I follow him everywhere. He even showed me how to go through the doggy door which I love to use. We sometime like to argue about who the boss is, so foster mom thinks I might be better with a female that is passive. The cat is cool too. I tried to sniff her butt and she smacked me. Oh well, I just like to watch her. Oh yeah, I hardly ever bark. My foster family loves this and wish my foster siblings were like me. I do hate that dang crate though! I go crazy thinking someone might forget me. I can't get enough snuggles from my foster family and siblings and take naps with them. I learned how to sit and I'm much better on a leash now and don't pull at all. I don't know how I would feel If I was home all day by myself, so I hope my adopter has a work at home job or is retired. I like to have fun! I chase a ball and I'm learning to bring it back. I really want to have a job. I also like to chew but have been doing well with just a strong chew bone. I love all my toys! I have a lot of energy when I'm not napping. I even like to jump in the water and swim around with my foster siblings. I need someone to take me on walks, swimming and to the dog park. I'll go anywhere with you. My foster mommy really loves me but says I deserve someone who is more active and can go on more adventures. I am up to date on vaccines. I have been neutered. I don't chase cats. I have lots of love to give. Fenced yard needed. I am being fostered in New Kent, VA.
