Hello! My name is Addie and I'm part of the "A Team". I'm the runt in the litter of 7. I weigh a whopping 5#s and I had a twin. Actually, our Mama Ava had two sets of twins. Aiden & Audra and then me & my twin sister but my sister went to puppy heaven when she was born. Our Mama Ava is a purebred Poodle that wound up in a high kill shelter. Nobody knew she was pregnant because her pretty hair was SO overgrown and matted. We also don't know what happened to our Daddy. I may be the smallest compared to my siblings but don't let my size fool you - I can keep up with all the dogs here. You can say I have spunk! I love to play and I follow all dogs around the backyard. Know what my favorite thing to do is? Dig in the mud and get really dirty! I have really pretty hair that's a cream color and then when I play in the mud I'm all brown. My foster Mom just laughs and says "time for bath Addie - again". I don't mind bath time, but I don't like the hair dryer. Maybe when I get older (since I'll have to be groomed often) I'll get used to the dryer. My foster Mom asks me how am I going to get adopted when I'm so messy. I say, you have to see what's inside not the outside. Inside me is a puppy with a lot of spunk and loves to play. I'll ask you to pick me up and I'll sit on your lap. I might even sneak a puppy kiss or two. I like to get messy but that makes me so much fun. Digging in holes and playing in dirt is fun. One day, when I am wee bit older I'll have to go to the doggie salon and they'll make me even prettier but for now this girl has to have some fun! All my siblings have found their forever homes and I'm so happy for them. I'm sad that I was left behind but I have friends here at my foster home. There are some kitties here that we play with. I'm about their size and then I still get to play with my Mama. I'm doing pretty good with my potty training. I get let outside a lot and receive of praise when I do my business. I don't know how to tell you I got to go but my foster Mom knows I have a wee bladder, so she lets me outside frequently and I love it when I get praised! Back to my hair and my grooming. Little curly, fluffy dogs like me have to groomed on a timely fashion. I'm really smart too so maybe when my family comes to meet me and say Addie you are our girl, they'll take me to puppy training and I'll be a Superstar in the puppy class.
