Eleanor is a 3 year old and 50 pound dog who is looking for her forever home. She can be a little shy at first but once she knows you she loves to cuddle. She is a pretty low energy dog and is content with a short walk and lots of time together at home. Her adoption fee generously sponsored by Green Acres.Eleanor recently went on a Furlough Fieldtrip with a friend and showed what a good girl she is! She went for a walk with the resident dog in the home and enjoyed rolling in the grass. She did show to be a little shy/unsure of new things at first but with a gentle leading voice, Eleanor really does her best! I don't have a history with dogs, and may be selective about new dog friends, please bring your dog to meet meI don't have a history with cats but may do well with slow introsI don't have a history with children but may do well with slow intros and spaceIf you are interested in this specific animal, please come to the shelter for walk-in adoptions Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am to 5:30pm. We recommend coming in as early as possible, as adoptions are first-come, first-served.
