This beautiful precious dollface is Charleigh. She is the gentlest sweetheart and we adore her. She is available to be fostered or adopted. She is extremely stressed in her kennel and needs out of this environment. She bounces off the walls, quite literally, to where she is hurting her paws and is hurting her teeth because she is chewing on the gate door. Despite our efforts to provide her with enrichment and having her hang out in the office or outside, her reality is inside the kennel. Once she has company up in the office, she is able to relax and decompress. A home setting is what she needs most. If you'd like to foster her, call us at 219-872-XXXX. If you'd like to adopt her, come on into MHS. Charleigh is about four years old and is spayed. She is the snuggliest, cuddliest girl! She is a mellow, reserved, and is looking for an equally mellow and easy-going family. She loves to be around adults and relaxes once she is familiar with you. Charleigh also is so smart! She is very well-behaved and walks incredibly politely on a leash! She also knows how to sit, stay, wait, lay down, get off of furniture, get up onto furniture, say please, take it nicely, drop it, and leave it! To say that she is eager to please is an understatement! She will work solely for your affection; which she loves, by the way! She constantly wants to be near you and around you. She has been an A+ student in her previous home regarding being house-trained and crate-trained. Charleigh loves to play with frisbees, tug ropes, kongs, and squeaky toys. Car rides, going for walks, running and snuggling are a few of her favorite activities. Charleigh asked us to relay that she would be most comfortable being the only furbaby in her new home. When she sees dogs out on walks, she usually ignores them and is easily redirected, though. So, if you like walking, she'd be the best girl for you! Since Charleigh is a reserved girl and likes her quiet time, a home with adults would make her happiest.
