I am a handsome Terrier mix and weigh 59.4 lbs. I am 2 years old - my birthday is 10/1/2021. I am also up to date on shots, neutered, and housebroken. Terriers are very loyal, intelligent, and playful dogs. They are also active and energetic, so would need some exercise or a few small walks a day. I am very social and love being the center of attention, but I also enjoy getting love and cuddles. I love children and get along best with female dogs. Hopefully you will be my new forever home. The adoption fee may vary. We are always in need of fosters and the help is greatly appreciated. Most of the time our dogs only need a foster for one or two nights until the adopter comes to officially adopt the dog. Our dogs and puppies are medically treated and screened at our West Virginia shelter until they are transported here, so we rely greatly on fosters because we do not have a facility.Shelter locationWe frequently host adoption events at the PetSmart in Stroudsburg, PA at 400 Shoppes Stroud on Route 611. Our events are listed on our website's "Events" page. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Past and Future Events: The month of October 2014 we will be holding an ornament sale at Pet Supplies Plus on Route 611 in Stroudsburg, PA. If you stop by the store they will be selling oraments for a donation to help pay for Hannah's new wheelchair. Hannah is having issues with curvature of the spine and a newly designed wheelchair is necessary. The cost of it is between $800 and $1000. The last time we did an ornament drive at PSP we raised $800 thanks to the kindness and generousity of many incredible people. We will be holding an adoption event at the store on Sunday, October 19, with lots of adorable puppies. Hannah will be there to meet and thank people as well so please come to see us!
