REPORTED BY FORMER OWNER:Inside/outside dog. House trained. Knows sit, stay and drop it commands. Previously lived with older, respectful children and could do so again. High energy. Likes playing with toys. Can be an escape artist if not contained in a securely fenced yard. Does not do well with cats. Rarely barks. OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Energetic and playful; loves playing with tennis balls. Can be a bit mouthy when playing. Appears house trained. Needs work walking politely on the leash. Has a small animal prey drive; not recommended for small dogs, cats or chickens. Does pretty well with dogs his size. Not a fan of things going over his head. Very friendly toward people. Treat motivated: can be a little grabby when taking them from your hand. Weighs 50 pounds; $25 to adopt.
