Oh, why hello there! Pleased to meet you, my name is Kahlani. I am just a goofy gal looking to waddle on in to my forever home! Sometimes I think the world can be a big and kinda scary place. So I am looking for a forever home that can help me realize that maybe the world isn't all the scary. Sometimes I can be a bit shy at first but once I warm up boy am I a hoot! I love to zoom around, play with some good toys and do my signature sploot. In my forever home, I would prefer no small kiddos- sorry! But I think I may be open to the idea of a canine sibling if we can meet first! I would really benefit from some confidence building, stability and love in my life. Do I sound like the perfect gal for you??Kahlani is a part of our Foster-to-Adopt program. In this program we typically conduct multiple meetings with applicants to provide support and behavioral modification strategies to assist the dog with transitioning to a new home. After all parties are confident and a good match is made, the dog enters the home on a 3-week foster-to-adopt period, during which we match you with a behavior team member to help troubleshoot with any challenges that you have (usually remotely via phone/email). We know these dogs are going to be an investment to help them be their best self and we want to provide support.
