Adopt Ichi a White - with Gray or Silver Terrier (Unknown Type

$100 fee. Ichi is a very mild-manner, older blind dog (about 10-12, the vet thinks). We don't know how old he really is because he's a rescue. We got him three years ago through Petfinder. You'll never hear him bark, or really even growl. The only time he does is at night when he's tired, and he feels movement next to him, so he gets startled. He's never bitten anyone. We have to rehome him because of my back issues. Ichi needs to walk four times a day. Morning walks are never an issue. He has so much energy. But the other three walks are unpredictable. Sometimes they're fine but more often than not, he doesn't want to walk. That means that I have to constantly put him down and pick him up at pee spots. My back can no longer handle that. This, to me, is his only character flaw. I don't know why he doesn't want to walk. Pain? He's scared of something he hears? I don't know. It really does break my heart to have to rehome him. He needs someone with a lot of patience and compassion.
