We found him on Facebook in February 2023. The people that had him before informed us he was found as a stray with his brother and he is approximately a year and a half as of August 2023. We found out we were expecting in March 2023. However this is not the reason we are finding him another home. He is the sweetest, and goofiest dog you will ever meet. We soon learned that when our family came over with younger kids he would be so focused on them and try to nip at them and “herd” them. We had his DNA test done and turns out he is part cattle dog which I don’t believe that trait will go away. I believe he needs to be in a family without kids because I don’t want to jeopardize anyone’s safety. He is also super protective so I believe only certain dogs he would be ok with. Along with the protectiveness he has resource guarding issues from other dogs. He needs to be with a dog that stays in their own space or doesn’t have the same issues as him. He listens good and won’t leave your side
