Hi, My name is Dakota, and I am approx. 9 years old and healthy!My previous owner dumped me on the side of the road and I was scared, and full of fleas and open wounds. A nice lady picked me up and took me home. My owner was contacted and they did not want me back. That doesn't stop me from being the sweetest girl towards people! I LOVE humans. Unfortunately my foster mom thinks I may have had a bad experience with dogs in my past. I am AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS OTHER DOGS IN MY HOME. I need to be the ONLY DOG in my new home. Medical: I am now completely up-to-date on my vaccines and am getting to be a healthy weight.I LOVE to play fetch with my ball and chew on my toys and bones throughout the day. I have now come out of my shell and am a playful, spunky girl but am perfectly happy just taking a nap in the same room as you. I am OK in a crate or in a gated off area but would really thrive in a home where one parent either works from home, is retired or has a flexible work schedule!
