I found Moondance on state highway 5 between Elijay and Talking Rock, Pickens/Gilmer County, GA. She was anxiously trying to cross the road, but when I pulled over she was pretty friendly and came right toward me. She was covered in mud from the recent rain and her collar was torn up and worn out without a tag. When I took her to the vet she came back with at least one adult heart worm and a tapeworm, and has successfully completed treatment. Was unable to locate original home.Is moderately house trained but is still prone to accidents. Has pretty severe separation anxiety which she currently takes medicine for. Moderately crate trained. Moderately leash trained.Would most likely do well with a stay at home parent(s). Seems to be friendly with most dogs but would probably do well with larger dogs and older children due to poor understanding of personal space. Unknown temperament with cats/small animals.Adoption fee for spaying. Car harness, harness, and used crate and bed included.
