Meet Rosie! Rosie is a staff favorite and and one of the sweetest ladies we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She had a really rough life before arriving in our care, but she hasn't let that change her gentle spirit. Poor Rosie lived outside on a chain, and experienced severe head trauma at some point that caused fluid to build up in her brain, meaning sometimes she spins in circles, especially when she gets excited. Despite all she's been through, Rosie still loves to spend time with people, play with toys, snuggle, and eat treats! This beautiful lady is just a year old, and the neurologist we spoke to says she has a long life ahead of her! She just needs a yearly neuro check up--and avoid any more knocks to her noggin--so she'd likely do best in a home without stairs or tripping hazards, as well as any other playful pups or kids that could accidentally hurt her. While her foster family is happy to absolutely spoil her for now, this sweet girl deserves a furever home to call her own where she'll be treated with all the gentle, loving kindness she's always deserved.
