Pierce is a snuggler who loves to sit by your side. He has a nice medium energy and would love a home with a fenced yard. He knows his basic commands and listens well. He is a 4-year-old mixed breed who was surrendered to the shelter in hopes of finding him a good home. Pierce is friendly with other dogs however we think he would be happiest with a female pooch. If you are looking for a friendly and easy-going gentleman, Pierce is here waiting at the Voorhees Animal Orphanage. Come meet him soon!Adoption processAll potential adopters must be at least 21 years of age. An application must be completed and can take up to a week to process. Once an application is approved, family meets, dog meets (if applicable) and home checks must be completed.Shelter locationOur orphanage is open to the public Monday-Friday from 12pm to 7pm, with the exception of the second Wednesday of each month during which we are closed for major cleaning. On weekends you can visit our orphans between 12pm and 5pm Saturday and Sunday. We also have some adorable adoptable cats and kittens at offsite locations: PetSmart in Marlton and PetValu stores of Cherry Hill, Marlton and Voorhees.
