Celia is a sweet and loving puppy who is waiting for her forever home! Celia came to NAS from another shelter with a group of puppies. They were a little shy at first, but have warmed up to the chaotic & loud shelter environment very quickly. Celia is the most shy out of the group and needs to continue building her confidence and trust with people. This pretty pup loves treats, wrestling with her playmates, and playing with toys in the yard. Celia is currently available for foster to adopt. She is scheduled for her spay on 4/22/24 and will officially be available for adoption 2 weeks after. Please call if you have any questions.
