Pocky is a sweet treat and one of the most wonderful mutts you will ever meet. In high school, he won every single superlative category; Class clown, best smile, best hair, most likely to be president, most loved by parents, best dressed, and the list goes on and on. Pocky is mis-matched, blind, walks funny, and has a wonderful underbite. All of this makes him the most magical mutt! He even gives hugs. Pocky is magical and everyone who meets him falls head over heels. Here's some notes from his foster: Pocky is a quiet dog who likes to sleep most of the day. Pocky likes to sit or sleep close to his human. He likes to have his humans close. Pocky is well trained to only do his business in the yard or on a walkie. He does well on short walks. Given that he is functionally blind, he walks very carefully around the house, to make sure he doesn't bump into something. He does tend to figure out where everything is, he finds his food, his water, his bed by himself after a while. Sometimes when he is looking for his human, it helps to just keep calling him ("Pocky pocky pocky pocky...") so that he has a sound signal to walk towards you. He is great with our other dog. Our other dog seems to realize that Pocky doesn't have the best eyesight and mobility and so he seems to take extra good care of him, and often makes room for him. He is a very sweet and determined little boy!
