Papa is just the sweetest guy! How on earth he became a lost and lonely stray is beyond us, especially since this darling dog is about 10 years old. He should be curled up on a comfy bed in a good home, with a family that loves him. Instead, Papa is wondering where his next home will be. BUT, Papa doesn't let much get him down! He's so happy to make new friends, he loves going for walks, and he's still ridiculously playful, despite having arthritis and some crickety-rickety joints. Papa is a big guy but he could stand gaining a few pounds. He has an excellent appetite and all it takes is seeing a treat come out of a pocket and Papa is talking up a storm, letting you know he'll sit or offer you a pawshake for that treat. Papa is housebroken, great on a leash, and he's good with easy going dogs too. He could even be good with cats with proper introduction and supervision.
