Meet Mercedes Benz also known as "Sadie B"Sadie is approximately a four and a half month old perfect pup. Mercedes was found as a stray in Georgia on July 26th but truly, her healing skin is the only way to tell she had a rough start to life. Mcercedes is legitimately a bundle of joy and shes is just grateful to be alive and feeling loved by her foster family. Mercedes spends her days giving tons of licks and kisses to her humans and laying close to her canine foster siblings. Sadie deserves the world because thats what she is willing to give her forever family. Given Sadie's rough start to life, she can use continued redirection with her food manners and appropriate play however, she will undoubtedly remedy those minor issues very quickly. Once Mercedes has the appropriate training on her puppy basics, she would be absolutely perfection.Mercedes is loving, affectionate, energetic and extremely smart!Mercedes does amazing with dogs and kids of all ages.Mercedes is currently crate trained and wee pad trained, shes working on house training now!I would describe Mercedes as wellrounded, resilient and super adaptable.Mercedes energy level is about a 5.5. Mercedes loves to play and be active, however, quickly settles down and has been spending most of her days in NYC napping and snuggling with her foster siblings (dogs and humans) Mercedes is a quiet pup yet she can be vocal during play and when first waking up (loud yawns)Mercedes is doing well learning her leash manners and will be a walking pro or running buddy before we know it!Mercedes is a wonderful eater. She looks forward to feeding times. Given that she was a stray, she can use continued training or crating when around human food. Mercedes is pretty much perfect, she does well both in doors and outdoors as she is a confident pup. She does fine in the bath, prefers people to be in sight but settles quickly when left alone.Mercedes favorite things are her toy bones and balls, she almost loves them as much as snuggling with other pups!Mercedes is learning her basic commands and has mastered sit. She is working on stay and recall cues.ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.
