Update-Crown is doing so much better. This sweet girl had a rough start but has bright skies ahead. Crown is looking for that special adopter that will give her the chance to win their heart. She is a great dog that is making great strides. She definitely needs a home with another dog so that she can learn how wonderful life is. She is currently living with other dogs and loves hanging with them. When she feels comfortable she will provide plenty of kisses. She loves to be pet and sleeping in bed. She is house and crate trained, learning to walk on a leash, loves her nylon bones and playing outside. She take treats gently and lying on the couch. Crown does not have a mean bone in her body. She would do best in home without small children only because the activity my overwhelm her. With that being said her current foster home is far from quiet. This girl deserves her happy ever after. Please consider opening your heart to this pup who will make you smile. 10/9/2022This little girl is afraid of her own shadow. She is so sweet but very unsure of things. She is approximately 30-35 lbs at 6 mos old. All black with a white blaze on her chest. She looks like a miniature black lab, but her feet are small and she is agile, and so not sure she will grow to be nearly that big. She is precious and good natured and despite being scared of people, she never lashes out or gets aggressive. She is gentle, although incredibly unsure of her surroundings. With a lot of patience, a few days to get to know you, and a pocketful of training treats, she will come to you and take food out of your hand; you can tell she wants to trust you, but she is always looking for her escape route and is ready to run at the first hint of perceived danger (a new person, the bag in your hand, a noise). She would do best in a home with another dog, and not too many people coming and going, since people are scary for her. She likes to be outside, so a fenced in yard would be important. She comes in the house now, but that took a few days for her to build the courage to do so, and she is always looking for the affirmation of her sister or one of our other dogs. When she sees they are OK, it gives her a bit more confidence.Meet CrownWith a loving hand, and time for her to build trust and courage, I think this pup has a ton of potential. She is lovely at the core and clearly wants to trust, but she just needs someone to help her realize that people arenot as scary as she thinks. 10/3/2022The British Money pups are shy 6 month olds that will need lots of understanding and time to warm up. They will not be considered for homes without another friendly dog, They are super sweet and want to love people. They enjoy petting but at this time are not able to initiate interactions with humans but do seem to enjoy it. They are about 20 lbs or less. They want to be with other dogs and other dogs help them to understand that love and all the good food come from humans. If you are willing to take the time and invest in British money your investment will will be returned 100 fold! 9/17/2022Meet Crown, a curious and playful British Money mixed breed female. Shes six months old, weighs a bit over 16 lbs and has been vetted as age appropriate, including spay. Crown is working on her house manners, crate skills, and getting familiar with being on a leash. She is looking for a home of her very own, seems to like other dogs, doesnt display interest in the cat that shes met, and would be a lovely addition to a loving family or couple who can make a long term commitment to a nice medium sized pup.
