Pope is a super sweet boy who is good with other dogs. He is becoming more playful now that he feels so much better. He was so sick when he was rescued that he had to be hospitalized for over a month. He is loyal, smart and quickly picking of commands like sit, come, paw and kennel. Exploring all the new things he sees inside of a home is one of his favorite hobbies after living a life outside. He gets along with dogs and cats. He will make a great lifelong companion for the family lucky enough to get him. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! *Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.* **All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
