Barney was 2 months old when we adopted him together as roommates in college. After graduation, I kept Barney for 6 years before moving him into my roommate's house thinking it would be a better environment for him and easier for me since I just moved to the city and was looking for an apartment. Now my friend, who currently cares for Barney, is moving to another country and is unable to bring Barney along while my living situation is not fit to take him in. The move is very sudden and none of us anticipated it. Barney is now 8 years old and we are looking for a forever home for him to grow old and be happy. He is a very sweet boy and I would never want to let him go under better circumstances. He is a little bit overweight but other than that he doesn't have any serious health issues. I really appreciate any dog lovers who would consider taking him in. He is such a good, affectionate boy that you won't regret it.
