Kuro is the Japanese masculine color for black and represents our 2 year old RARE Tosa Inu, or Japanese Mastiff. Kuro was rescued from a very neglected life. Kuro is smart, quiet, affectionate, and mild mannered. She should be a loyal and protective family member. An adopter dedicated to training and exercising Kuro would be excellent. Kuro loves people and spending time with her person would be her dream come true. A secure fenced in yard and mental stimulation will keep her happy. Kuro is dog friendly and just loves everyone. Kuro is a black beauty that really wants a home. Kuro really needs out of the small shelter kennel and start the good life she deserves. Kuro’s adoption fee is $100.00 and includes sterilization, first shots, and worming with an optional microchipping and registration for an additional $20.00. We have a dog park to check compatibility with existing dogs. Fill out an adoption application at heberspringshumanesociety.com. If your application is approved, a volunteer will contact you to set up a meet and greet appointment. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt a Pet. You must apply on our Heber Springs shelter website.
