Derk is a fresh, healthy, fixed 1 yr old male. He loves to be with people and especially loves teenagers. He’s a very smart boy and will do anything for treats. He knows all basic commands, sit, shake, lay. He’s working on stay and come. He is not crate trained but we’re working on that as well. He has a foster sister he loves to play with. He fetches when he’s in the mood and loves tug o war.He is not food aggressive with people, we are able to pet him and take away a bowl without any issues. However, he needs to be fed separate from his foster sister. He does have some mild aggression towards his foster sister when preparing bowls.He’s a very smart goofy toddler boy that needs a loving patient home. He has not been socialized properly so opening up that new world to him will make him even better than he already is.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Derk, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
