Meet Saasy. Sassy came to us from a local hoarding situation. We were told she is a Minature Australian Shepherd. She is about 5 years old and weighs about 20 lbs. She was in a home with many other dogs but Sassy does like to be the boss. She did have access to a fenced yard but at this point she is not completely housebroken but will use pee pads. We are working on getting her to walk on a leash, she is afraid of the leash so a home with a securely fenced in yard would be best. We do know she is going to need a home without cats as she chases the cats in her foster home. Sassy is going to need a dog savvy patient home so she can bond to her person. Because she gets scared easily we are not recommending a home with small children. Sassy is now spayed, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She has tested negative for heartworm.
