Bella is being fostered by LCAR after a transport fell through. She was picked up as a stray in March 2023. Her Bakersfield Animal Care Center Id Number is A140345. Bella has a lot of energy but calms down quickly once she gets out for exercise and a swim. Rescue life cannot compare to the socialization and enrichment of a loving home and that is clearly what Bella wants and needs. She is quite the beauty and a great companion. Bella is friendly and affectionate with every person she meets. In terms of other dogs, she seems to prefer large breed dogs instead of the smaller barkers. We have not tested her with cats. We believe Bella has been loved by someone before and she will blossom again with a family and home of her own. Please contact Bakersfield Animal Care Center to adopt Bella at (661)832-XXXX.
