Rally is a three to four month old black lab mix puppy that was dropped at a shelter in south GA, with a brother and sister, when the owner grew tired of them and decided they needed to go. Likely an unplanned litter that was easier to “dispose” of than it was to get the mom spayed. They are safe now with our rescue partner there and ready for their new homes.
