Yoshi is a 7-year-old breeder release, typical Pomeranian who doesn't like to be alone and is a velcro dog. He has a distinctive howl that is not noisy, but he will howl if he is alone or wants someone. He is 12.5 lbs and tall. He is doing well learning to walk on a leash, working on potty training and learning about normal doggy life. Skittish with humans but is friendly and will take time to warm up to you but loves other little dogs. He will need another little dog to show him the ropes and keep him company. Yoshi loves being outside, sniffing everything and following his preferred human around everywhere. Will lay on the floor next to their feet. So far, he has not yet sat on the couch. He will sleep on my bed but will jump off and sleep on the floor if he is hot. He is also learning about doggy beds and will occasionally lay in one for a while. He is kennel trained but does not like being in one. He will howl and complain awhile before settling in. He slept in the crate the first two nights with me but since then he has only been crated for a couple hours when no one is home and sleeps on the bed or floor. He is not good in the hot weather and will need daily brushing to keep his fur healthy. Apply to adopt at www.campcompanion.orgAdoption fee is $300 plus tax.
