Milo is a darling and rambunctious young boy who looks like some kind of "Doodle" in a small body. He does not appear to shed and he definitely is at least part poodle. He is happy go lucky, loves to play and plays hard. He will need another dog who is very playful to live with. He also needs a good sized yard to play in. He needs supervision so a family in which at least one family member is home much of the time would be ideal. He is walking on a leash and is quite well socialized. He knows the "sit" command. He loves to chill out in a dog bed at night and sleeps through the night in my bedroom on a dog bed. He is good going on car rides as well. Milo weighs 22 lbs, is already neutered and fully vetted. Like many of our rescue dogs, we are not sure how well housetrained Milo is. But with gentle persuasion, some consistency, structure and praise he should be easy to train. He is very eager to please. Milo is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will need professional grooming every 6-8 weeks. MIlo's adoption fee is $400 This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue.
