Pai is a friendly furball and a total foodie, ready to charm you with his wiggly butt and goofy antics. He absolutely adores humans and is a pro at melting hearts with his irresistible puppy eyes. He's looking for a home that will provide him with the structure and guidance he needs, including training, boundaries, and crate training. While he's a total lovebug, Pai would thrive best in a family with older children, or just adults, and dog-savvy peeps who can shower him with the attention he craves. He loves car rides, pup cups, sunshine, and walks! Get ready to embark on a fun-filled adventure with Pai by your side. Notes from a volunteer who took Pai for an outing; Pai was a good passenger in my car, jumped in and out by himself and sat quietly in the back seat. Good leash behavior and no reactivity when meeting people and other dogs. Also no prey drive despite seeing ground squirrels and geese! He clearly is a grass lover since he stopped several times to roll in it. We also took a walk downtown where he got a lot of attention from people who thought he was pretty. You can tell he isn't used to being out and about as he shows some guarding tendencies, unsure of strangers, but if you assure him it's ok he will feel comfortable and relax. I really enjoyed our outing! Pai needs someone who can give him attention and love, someone who has time to spend showing him what life is all about. Please give him a chance.
