MAX is a great dog despite his exposure to the sorry side of some humans. MAX was taken in by a loving family after narrowly escaping being shot by his first owner who was intoxicated. The new family adored MAX but had some unforeseen changes in their life and they couldn't continue caring for him. That is when MAX came into the rescue and we are so glad he did. He is just the bestest boy! MAX is a wonderful dog who loves everyone and every kind of dog! He has lived with toddlers and is so gentle and sweet. He gets along with little dogs and bigger older dogs. Max is potty-trained and walks great on a leash. He is crate trained but does not need to be crated. His foster says he is a gentle and laid-back dog. MAX loves car rides and is just a big love bug! MAX will make a great companion. Please check him out, he might be just what you are looking for!
