FANTA is part Border Collie and maybe some Staffordshire Bull Terrier.. best guess. Her DOB is 5/19/23. She is affectionate and playful. She loves playing fetch. She is medium energy level most of the time and can be very gentle. She loves other dogs and is usually submissive... never aggressive. She has curiosity in my cats but is not aggressive. She walks well on the leash and is great in public places and loves rides in the car. Fanta is potty trained, kennel trained and never barks or howls in the crate. Also knows commands of sit, lay down, paw (shake hands). She is only a chewer if left alone for several hours and gets bored. She is very sensitive to being scolded when doing wrong...a little goes a long way. She is very smart and learns quickly. Fanta would make a great companion dog for an active person or couple. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm preventatives. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters.
