Garner is a professionally-trained, energetic, affectionate young male with an extensive list of tricks he eagerly displays on command. Garner and the 8-year old male lab mix he lived with did not socialize well and his owner felt it was best to separate the two. He does show some leash reactivity with other animals on walks but is currently fostered with another 8 year old male so we think better socialization would be best for resolving that issue. He has a strong prey drive so would not do well in a home with cats or small children right now His foster is reporting that in the right environment he would be an amazing companion and protector.
