He may thrive best in a home without young children or older kids, as he can be protective. Currently undergoing treatment for heartworm through HSMC at no cost to the adopter, Doug is a smart and outgoing companion who flourishes with proper socialization and exercise.Adoption Fee: $200, includes spay/neuter and all veterinary care as needed.If interested in meeting, please stop in during open hours, Tuesday-Saturday 12-5:00 pm. We recommend leaving your dog home for the first meet.
