Ziggy is our 6 month old Chow Chow mix......Ziggy is very nervous around new people and will not be adopted to a home with small children. Ziggy must go home with someone who has extensive dog experience...he is not a suitable dog for a first time dog owner. Stop by the shelter and spend time with him to see if he is the right match for you.Ziggy will thrive in her forever home and be your faithful companion. He will be responsive to positive reinforcement training. Our experienced staff is available to talk with you, answer your questions and provide advice on how to transition him to your home.Ziggy is neutered, dewormed, treated to prevent fleas & ticks and is up to date with vaccinations. His adoption fee is $500, plus $8.50 for the dog license if you are a resident of NYC, and he'll get one free exam at our vet's office, and a microchip.
