However, she has never shown any form of aggression or possessiveness when around people. 23. Any past or present health issues?- She was infected with heartworm but was completely cured. No other diseases were found. 24. Rescue story?- Dali was rescued after wandering alone in the downtown area of Seogwipo, Jeju island, South Korea. She was very thin at the time of her first discovery, rather frightened, but she wasn't very wary of people. She was passively chasing after this person and that person as if she wanted someone to rescue her, but when a person showed interest, she ran a little far away and repeatedly distanced herself. At the time of the rescue, I was on my way home after buying a sandwich with my old dog. The wandering dog seemed to need help at a glance, but I had no hand to hold the dog because I held my old dog in one hand and a sandwich in the other. Of course, there was no leash or anything. I moved to the house little by little, saying warm words such as 'Do you want to go to my house' and 'Do you want to eat some food and water?' to the extent that she didn't run away. The dog repeatedly followed me a little bit and then moved away, conflicting between worrying about whether to follow me and wanting to solve hunger and get help. After luring her toward the house for a long time, she finally came very carefully into my door. She drank water as if she hadn't taken a sip of water for days, and she ate feed in a hurry before pouring it into the bowl. It's been a year since I started like that, and now she is doing well both in the house and in the yard, and when people visit my house, she is the first to go out and welcome. But still, when things change a little, she gets scared and hide. It still seems like it will take some time for her to have full faith that the world around her is safe, that no one will harm her, and that only they will love her.
