He is a shy, laid-back pup who thrives on human affection once he knows your his humans. He is a low to medium energy dog who enjoys a romp in the yard, followed by a nap or some time chewing on his bones and deer antlers. Fred would benefit from an owner who is familiar with his breed and is dedicated to continuing his training. He has a playful demeanor and loves to play with dogs of all ages and sizes. Fred is a bouncy boy who takes cues from other dogs well and would be a perfect candidate for doggy daycare. He has not yet met a cat, but with his calm disposition he would likely be fine. Fred loves children and would do best in a home with dog savvy children. At the end of the day, he loves to snuggle up on the floor to watch a movie with his family. Fred is a smart boy who loves to show off his “sit” command for a treat (or two). He is crated occasionally throughout the day and overnight. Because Fred has a bit of separation anxiety, he'd do best with owners who are home more often than not. He is fully house trained and has zero accidents on a regular routine.
